Au jardin, chacun son assiette
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

Our digital garden book « In the garden, each has got its food” is based on the link between arts and science. Its aim is to tell about our project: its early stages (the pupils’questions when we did the gardening course at school), its outcome (creation of a garden for birds in a park of the city and a garden “plate for pupils” at school) and its European extension (educational contributions and sharing practice thanks to adults geographical mobility; pupils and teachers exchanges throughout Europe thanks to digital platforms and the spreading of our garden book achieved at the local, national and European level). Our aims are to link the curricular and extracurricular time around a common cultural project, to benefit from educational and notional contributions in arts European history and in the field of phytogeography, contributions which we lack of in order to set up the cultural school life course for our pupils and the training of teachers in internship with our school. Our needs, besides those in arts European history and phytogeography, releved to the digital equipment necessary to create our digital garden book (24 touch pads and one interactive whiteboard) and to share with partner schools throughout Europe.
