Advanced, Edutainment based, VET / eVET products, destined to the large amount of farmers and to disadvantaged: slow learners, poor people, and focused to the innovative training content, procedures, best practice & equipment, for irrigation.

(A.) THE REASON. (a) In RO, the irrigations (noted: irrig.) were destroyed, even with 90%, with the diminishment of irrigation surfaces from 3 200 000 ha to 300 000 ha. The country becomes 70% foods importer. The skills, qualified in irrig. people where lost. Incredible: irrig. is “ forgotten“. The food crisis is created. (b) The training in innovative, very required technologies in irrig.: driping, energy saving, anti-risks, residual water using, etc are not known. (c) The training for irrig. & the response to labor markets needs do not exist. (d) The ToI in irrigation meets the needs of the target people in the best way: The training in irrig. responds to ultimate, survival requirements.. (B.) THE MAIN AIMS ARE: (a) To generate advanced, edutainment, IT&C based, VET / eVET products, which to assure, competencies based, efficient transfer of the knowledge & skills in innovative irrigation. (b) To Encourage cooperation between VET and the world of work. (c) To respond to the users needs, education requirements of the big amount of farmers, stakeholders, inclusive of disadvantaged. (d) To create the way for forming of the irrig. workers, technicians, masters of water. The solving of the lack of training products. (e) To generate occupational standards. (f) The increasing of agricultural productivity / quality, combating foods crisis. (g) Efficient use of resources. (h) Supporting of economy. the poverty diminishment. THE MAIN OBJECTIVES ARE:(1.) The large delivery to the farms people, inclusive to disadvantaged, of advanced VET / eVET products, skills in irrig.. (2.) The pilot training of the trainers, learners. (3) The delivery of the training VET / eVET products for the quick, pleasant knowledge transfer, integration of Edutainment , and which (4.) to be usefully also for disadvantaged. (5.) To generate 2 Occupational Standards. (6) The forming of technicians, workers in irrig..(C.) THE CONSORTIUM, with the critical mass / complementarity perfect accomplished, was formed from donors (3 universities , 2 R&D centre), further developers of the materials, quality supervisor (Chamber of Agriculture), end users: 3 schools in agronomy. (E.)- THE IMPACT. VET / eVET generation & the combating of the: (a) lack of eVET, education and of qualified people, (b) foods & environment crisis. Saving: water,energy . Poison. elimination.
